David S. Goldberg, Esq., has practiced
law in Maryland since 1967, with a heavy concentration in family
and divorce law. He is a 1963 graduate of the University of
Maryland and received his law degree in 1966 from Georgetown
University Law Center. He is a member of the Maryland State,
Montgomery County, and Queen Anne's County Bar Associations, and
is licensed to practice law in all state and Federal courts in
Maryland and D.C. including the United States Tax Court and the
Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Goldberg is a Practitioner Member of
the Academy of Family Mediators, and a member of the
Association for Conflict Resolution. He is a founding member
and currently serves as President of the
Maryland
Society of Professional Family Mediators, and is a
member of the Regional Advisory Board for the
Maryland Alternative
Dispute Resolution Commission.

Preeminent, for ethical standards and for professional ability
(legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment,
